Claims adjusters and Georgia Workers' Compensation claims.

In workers' compensation cases, the claims adjuster is the individual
assigned by the insurance carrier to handle your claim. The claims adjuster
will make certain decisions such as whether to accept or deny your claim,
or whether to provide certain medical or income benefits. As is the case
with every other profession, there are good adjusters and there are bad
adjusters. There are helpful claims adjusters, and adjusters who are not
so helpful. The good news, however, is that the workers' compensation
claims adjuster does not have the final say in a workers' compensation
claim. If an workers' compensation claimant feels the adjuster has
made a bad decision in a case, that injured worker can file a hearing
request with the State Board of Workers' Compensation. Ultimately,
an Administrative Law Judge will then determine the outcome of the case.
If you feel the adjuster in your Atlanta, GA workers' compensation
claim has made an incorrect or illegal decision, contact workers'
