My Georgia workers' compensation benefits reduced to $334 per week.

Under Georgia law, a workers' compensation carrier is allowed to reduce workers' comp income benefits from the TTD rate of up to $500 per week to the TPD rate of $334 per week after an injured worker has been released to light duty work for 52 consecutive weeks. This creates additional financial hardship for injured workers who are already struggling to get by on two thirds of their income. If you feel your income benefits have been incorrectly reduced to $334 per week, contact Atlanta workers' compensation attorney Brian H. Sumrall, or visit
